Founder of the SoulTech Movement
Helping humanity flourish in the Age of AI through consciousness, resilience, and human potential.
Cynthia L. Elliott is an author, speaker, cultural futurist, and founder of the SoulTech Movement, a global initiative dedicated to helping humanity navigate an age of unprecedented technological change with greater awareness, wellbeing, and purpose.
Her work is driven by one of the defining questions of our time:
As technology becomes more powerful, how do we become more fully human?
Raised in an orphanage and foster care, Cynthia's early experiences shaped a lifelong belief that circumstances do not define destiny. Her journey from adversity to influence inspired a deep commitment to helping individuals and communities rise beyond limitation, unlock their potential, and create meaningful change in their lives and the world around them.
As founder of Dreamweaver Brand Communications, Cynthia became a pioneer in brand communications and influencer marketing, helping shape practices that are now used by organizations worldwide. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of culture, innovation, and human behavior, helping leaders and organizations navigate periods of profound transformation.
Today, Cynthia focuses on what she believes is humanity's greatest challenge and opportunity: thriving in the Age of AI. Through her books, speaking engagements, podcast, educational programs, films, and philanthropic initiatives, she explores how consciousness, emotional mastery, wellbeing, and ethical innovation can help people flourish in a rapidly changing world.
She is the founder of the SoulTech Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to AI literacy, wellness education, emotional resilience, and future-ready skills for underserved communities. Through education, media, events, and community programs, the Foundation works to ensure that more people can participate in and benefit from the future being created.
Cynthia is the author of Memory Mansion, a memoir chronicling her journey from orphanage to self-discovery; A New American Dream, which explores opportunity and prosperity in an age of intelligent technology; and SoulTech: 12 Codes for Awakening Your Higher Consciousness, a guide to developing the inner capacities needed to flourish in times of rapid change.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and New York Magazine. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women Leading AI by 100 Women of Davos and as an Unstoppable Woman of Web3 and AI by WOW3.
Today, Cynthia speaks to audiences around the world about human flourishing, conscious leadership, emerging technology, and the future of humanity.
Because while technology may shape the future, it is human consciousness that will determine what kind of future we create.
