About Cynthia

Woman with dark hair wearing a black netted veil over her face.

Raised in an orphanage and foster care, Cynthia L. Elliott’s early life shaped her lifelong commitment to expanding opportunity and empowering others to rise beyond their circumstances. This journey, from adversity to influence, laid the foundation for her career as a best-selling author and inspirational speaker dedicated to helping people and communities envision a more hopeful and prosperous future.

Today, Cynthia L. Elliott is a three-time best-selling author, cultural pioneer, and founder of the SoulTech Foundation. Her work explores one of the defining questions of our time: how humanity can thrive at the intersection of technology, consciousness, and cultural evolution.

Elliott became a pioneering entrepreneur and communications innovator, establishing Dreamweaver Brand Communications and contributing to the founding of the fields of brand communications and influencer marketing—practices now widely used across industries and studied in universities around the world.

Currently, Cynthia focuses on inspiring individuals and organizations to navigate the profound changes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with wisdom, resilience, and purpose. As the founder of the SoulTech Foundation, she leads initiatives that combine education, technology, the arts, and conscious living practices to help communities thrive in the age of AI.

Cynthia is the author of three influential books, including the self-love memoir Memory Mansion, which recounts her journey from orphanage to higher consciousness, and A New American Dream, a bold vision for rebuilding opportunity and prosperity in an era defined by artificial intelligence. She also writes under the pen name and spiritual avatar Shaman Isis.

Through her speaking engagements, media platforms, and global events, Cynthia inspires audiences to imagine a more conscious and prosperous future.

Her work has been featured in leading publications including The New York Times, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, the LA Times, and New York Magazine. She has been recognized internationally as one of the Top 100 Women Leading AI by 100 Women of Davos and as an Unstoppable Woman of Web3 and AI by WOW3.
